Guzhero

Guzhero - French custard buns


 

Ingredients for 24 muffins:

 Water - 125 mLButter - 50 gWheat flour - 100 gPotato Starch - 20 gEggs - 3 pcs.Hard cheese - 100 gSalt - 1 pinch- Filling №1:Hard cheese - 50 gGarlic - 2 clovesMayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.- Filling №2:Salmon (liquid drained) - 1/2 jar (240 g)Curd cheese - 1/2 jarCapelin roe - 1-2 tbsp. l.

 Preparation:
