Soup with cheese balls

 

Ingredients:

water or chicken broth - 3 literspepper, onion, Potatoes - 3-4 pcs, carrot, bunch of greens,
Cheese - 100 grams, egg, drain. oil - 70 gr., flour - 100 gr., pepper, salt

 Preparation:

 Cheese rub on a small grater. Add butter, egg and mix well. Pour the flour and knead the dough. Remove it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Finely chopped onions and peppers, carrots rubbed on a coarse grater. Vegetables can fry at will and add to boiling water (broth). Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes, too, add to the broth. Add salt to taste and cook for 20 minutes. At this time, roll dough balls.

Chop the herbs, add the balls and greens in a soup. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
