Salad "Emerald"

Salad "Emerald"

 Ingredients:

-Vetchina - 200 g-Yaytso - 3 pieces-Shampinony - 150 g-The Raw material (cheese) - 100 g-Luk Onions - 1 pc-Mayonez-hydrochloric-Ogurets (For decoration) - 2 pieces

 

 Preparation:

 

 Ham cut into cubes.

 

 

 

 

 

Boil the eggs, peel and cut into small cubes.

 

 

 

 

 

 Onions and mushrooms chopped and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil.

 

 

 

 Cheese grate.

 

 

 

 

 

 All the ingredients are mixed (except cucumbers), salt, mayonnaise or sour cream, mix well. On a flat plate to form a salad slide. Cut thin strips of cucumber and, starting from the top, clockwise, obliquely, in turn dent in their salad and so on to the bottom.
