Pasta with cheese sauce.

Ingredients:

Onions - 0.5 pc.Garlic - 2 clovesButternut pumpkin - 300 gOlive oil - 3 tbsp. l.Chicken broth - 1.5 cupsPaste - 300 gCheese - 200 gMilk - 1 cupGrated nutmeg - 2 pinchesSalt to tasteGround black pepper to taste

 Preparation:

1.Porezat finely the onion

 2. Fry the chopped onion, garlic and pumpkin oil over medium heat.

  

 

 

 

 

 3. Simmer until tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes. Add broth or water and continue cooking. Make puree of pumpkin and onions.

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 4. Add the cooked pasta sauce and grated cheese.5. Add a little milk to the cheese melts better. Stir a little stew everything in the pan.

 

 

6. Add chalking nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
