Ingredients
Milk - 1 liter.
Butter - 100 gr.
Flour - 100g.
a pinch of nutmeg (about 1 teaspoon)
a pinch of salt

Melt the butter in a saucepan (1) and add the sifted flour (2) continuously stirring the mixture on low heat for a few minutes (3) to the mixture stuck to the bottom.
